At Citos Consulting, we pride ourselves on being a collective of operators and sales professionals, deeply rooted in a culture that prioritizes relationship building and data-driven decision-making. Our approach is of a human element, focusing on the nuanced dynamics of every partnership we cultivate.
Our CEO (Craig) started scaling businesses (primarily dental offices) 13 years prior to starting Citos Consulting. With 28 years as an operator he has worn many hats in business verticals; Door to Door, Cold calling, Recruiting, Office leader, Treatment coordinator, Sales trainer, Coach, Regional leader, Director of operations, Mergers & Acquisitions, and a student of continued education. Attending growth classes through Cardone Ventures, Scheduling Institute, Spear Study Club, in addition to reading a “book of the month” for personal and professional growth.
In small business he helped scale a single location dental practice from 1.2mm to a stable 3mm YOY top line revenue operation with 43% provider discretionary income. (minority owner)
In large DSO business he helped scale a multi-state, multi-location dental support organization from 11mm to 60mm top line revenue with an average of 15% EBITDA. The “Same Store” growth YOY accounted for 13%. Attraction and valuation creation to PE (private equity) exceeded north of a 100mm LBO. (minority owner)
